Actors
Actors are the human roles that interact with the platform — from the end user watching a single thermostat to the SRE keeping the brokers alive. Each persona enters the product through a different surface and cares about a different slice of the system.
How to read this group
Actors do not run code; they have goals. The links on each actor show which systems they reach for, and their guides describe what success looks like from their seat.
