Guide
External Systems
External Systems are the dependencies that live outside our boundary. We integrate with them over stable protocols, but we do not own their schemas, APIs or availability — so the platform is designed to degrade gracefully when any of them misbehaves.
Not our schemas
These systems are third-party. There are intentionally no ERDs or OpenAPI specs here — we model only the integration contract (protocol, direction and failure behaviour), not their internals.
