Audit Event Collector

The Audit Event Collector ingests audit events from all platform services — HTTP access, FHIR reads, merges, queries.

Never drop silently

When storage is degraded, producers queue with backpressure — audit loss is worse than temporary latency.

Responsibilities

  • High-throughput, buffered writes to Audit Storage.
  • Standard envelope: who, what, when, patient id hash, outcome.
  • Backpressure signals if storage is degraded — producers queue, never drop silently.
