Consent Repository

The Consent Repository persists signed consent artifacts with full version history.

Immutable versions

Updates create a new version row — withdrawn research consent excludes the patient on the next de-id refresh.

Data model

The schema is small and audit-oriented. The ERD is embedded on the Overview tab.

Notes

  • Each patient may have multiple consent documents by purpose.
  • Latest active version wins; withdrawn research consent excludes the patient on next de-id refresh.
  • Read by the Policy Engine.
