Event Publisher

The Event Publisher emits encounter domain events — created, updated, discharged — for apps, analytics staging and audit correlation.

At-least-once delivery

Consumers must be idempotent on encounterId + eventVersion.

Behaviour

  • Publishes after successful Encounter Repository commits only.
  • Events keyed by encounter id for ordered consumption per aggregate.
  • Subscribers include audit enrichment and portal cache invalidation.
